About Ex-Start v1.1

     Ex-Start was written with all those Windows users in mind who are tired
 of large, complicated Exit/Restart utilities. This version allows the user
 to either Exit to DOS (complete EXIT from Windows) or, Restart Windows from
within Windows. The Restart funtion is very useful when Windows is running
out of System Resources and loses its speed and stability. At times like
these it is wise to save all work in progress, close all running programs,
and Restart Windows.
     To use Ex-Start: COPY ex-start.exe to your Windows directory. You can
create its icon in any Program Manager Group that you choose by way of the
Files menu. If you put the icon in your Startup Group, then Ex-Start will
run automatically every time you start Windows.  
     Notice that there is NO "Exit Windows and Reboot" function. I have 
always seen that function on other Exit/Restart utils, but I have never 
trusted that sort of tactic for fear that some data may be lost somewhere 
along the way- so I left that part out purposely. 
     I have set the postition of Ex-Start to Bottom, Center of the Desktop 
where it is least likely to be in the way. You can MOVE it to any part of 
the Desktop that you like within each Windows session.
    You can MINIMIZE Ex-Start to an icon on the Desktop by way of the [-]
menu in the upper left-hand corner. A "Stay on top" (or not) function may
be forthcoming if I get back to working on this util again.
    There are no "Nags" per se, that is- no secret messages will pop out
after 30 days or 90 days telling you to register. There IS the ? Command
Button on the right for your viewing pleasure. You may click on this button
as a voluntary act. I personally believe that thisExit/Reboot utility is
